Recyclable base stone Type 160

Our newly developed Recyclable base stone Type 160 gives opportunity to renew fast and straigthforward the extreme solid, 1,60m long dig-in delineators in case of damages.

The Recyclable base stone Type 160, which is suitable for all dig-in delineators with an overall coating length of 1,60m according to DIN EN 12899-3, gives maximum stability to the delineator because of its effective mounting length of 60cm. Furthermore, because of the small cross section it is possible to install the base stone in narrow or extreme sloping-down side-strips.

The Recyclable base stone Type 160 has an overall lenght of 60cm and a cross section of 20cm regarding a total weight of approx. 10,0 kg.

As raw material we use our solid and approved plastic recycling material which is also used within production of our well-known Recyclable dig-in base stone (Type 120) for ground-mounted delineators.  

The used material and the sidewise attached reinforcing ribs take care that the base stone Type 160 is resistant to deformation. Hereby, it is irrelevant if the base stone is installed by use of concrete or soil. Furthermore, form and function of the base stone is not affected in case of a manual compaction of the conrecte or soil. The bottom-side attached seeping-hole gives guarantee for immediately seeping of rainfall or snow.
