Already within the blowing manufacturing process we integrate the saftey catch in the delineator which guarantees that the profile section core stays secured in its position at the lower end of the delineator.

By a special process within the production of the delineator, we integrate a fixed safety catch (snatch element) on the backside of the delineator in height of the reflectors.

This safety catch secures that even within strongest vibrations by traffic or other impacts the profile section core stays at the bottomside of the delineator and no stability gets lost. The profile section core stays permanent at its foreseen position.

Thanks to the safety catch a maximum of stability is guarenteed the whole life cycle of the delineator. On contrary to subsequent installed safety catches like later assembled screws or staples we have the following advantages:

• 100% of the delineator can get recycled because of no additional parts like screws or staples
• The unfastening of the safety catch and the profile section core is impossible, because delineator and the safety catch are build as one part
• Oxidation of screws or staples is not possible, because they are not needed
